We are on the road again with the crew visiting no BS gyms, eating, and catching up on some great Texas history.

This first stop and what you will see here in this video is Metroflex San Marcos with Shaun Clarida, Hunter Labrada, Liv Roth, Guy Cisternino, Branch Warren, Jason Hebert, Austin Karr, Christina Heath, and Kris Zizzo.

Metroflex San Marcos delivered on the atmosphere that is as expected with Metroflex. Garage doors, no AC, plenty of free weights, and people training with a purpose.

"People come here because they love to train. You don't have to be the most massive person to be hardcore. People don't come here to workout, they come here to train! Hardcore doesn't have to mean being massive or super strong. Hardcore is about your mentality and how you train."

Branch explains that "the work never ends. You're never done." Work is always a part of life. Branch Warren further explains living out of your comfort zone and putting yourself with people who are better than you in some way in order to grow.

"When you're a skinny 17-year-old kid (or a newbie to the gym) hell yea I was super excited but intimidated at the same time. I overcame that fear and put myself with those bigger better dudes and eventually got bigger and stronger."

Martin Fitzwater& Keone Pearson return to Metroflex Gym Arlington to train legs with Brian Dobson.

"Training in the same gym as them (i.e. Branch Warren & Ronnie Coleman), kinda means everything to me. Training where my heroes trained, it's nostalgia, but not only that though, we are training with Brian. Brian is the most notorious trainer. He trained Ronnie (Coleman) forever, he trained Branch and he's the person that killed those guys for years and years everyday and turned them into champions...We're working on becoming champions and doing so we're having Brian whip our ass a couple days a week." -Martin

In making himself impervious to the negativity that the internet has to offer and one of the most popular bodybuilding personalities in the IFBB, Guy also managed to positively influence masses of people over a bodybuilding career that has lasted for over 20 years.

When it comes to Guy's own accolades, it is a fact that he had an amazing career as a pro bodybuilder. When it comes to the impact he had on a vast amount of people who have looked up to him and seeked out motivation, inspiration and knowledge it is a fact that Guy has built and continues to build on a legacy!

GASP and Better Bodies CEO Michael Johansson links up with Dennis Wolf at the Wolf's Den in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dennis along with Gym80 have built an absolute unit of an outdoor training compound at Dennis's home with a crazy backdrop of the Las Vegas strip. Dennis explains that if he went the massive gym facility route in 2019 he would not be in a good situation now and in hindsight it has worked out better because "its more personal," it delivers a more intense experience in this context and stays closer to what he has imagined building.

"If I would not love it, I would not do any of this."

Dennis explains his passion for bodybuilding through the years has delivered a lot of personal satisfaction from executing on his own goals and also inspiring and motivating others. Now, being able to offer in-person training with this facility is how he really connects to people and still get this satisfaction from continuing bodybuilding.
