We blast off from our home base in Dallas and hit the ground running in Orlando for day 1 of our Iron World Tour.

We hit up Kissimmee Muscle Gym immediately after landing and Jonathan Heath McGrael welcomes us and gives us the run down of KMG's history and success.

IFBB pros Ahmad Ahmad and Irene Andersen were training 3 days out from the 2020 Olympia and we caught a few words with them in between sets.

After Kissimmee Muscle Gym we haul ass to our home base for the next week and get a tour from GASP and Better Bodies CEO Michael Johansson.

The new headquarters comes complete with a heated pool, home theatre, massive kitchen and game rooms, and 10 bedrooms at over 9000 square feet.

Its only going to get crazier from here. Stay tuned to catch up with everyone competing in the 2020 Olympia.

Starting Off Olympia Week with a Bang - Iron World Tour Day 1

We're looking forward to taking our Iron World Tour to Orlando December 15-22!

Besides supporting our athletes as they step on stage for the Olympia, we want to meet as many of our fitness family, industry friends, and athletes as possible when we are there.

 during our trip, but we will also be going around to see what the local Orlando gym scene has to offer.

Iron World Tour Orlando & Olympia 2020

Work hard play hard is in full swing here in Orlando.

What goes hand in hand with Florida? GATORS! Gators are on the agenda today BUT FIRST we hit up Kissimmee Muscle Gym again for our GASP and Better Bodies meet up and have Jeremy Potvin, Ahmad Ahmad, Irene Andersen, Samir Troudi and Olivia Gravengaard here to meet and train with everyone who is in town for the week and Olympia weekend.

After work hard is play hard. We haul ass to Wild Willys boat tours and cruise the Florida everglades in an airboat. Tons of Gators are in and around the boat and the team gets a thorough education about these American alligators.

Day 2 of the Orlando Iron World Tour produced a massive appetite and GASP CEO Michael Johansson cooks up our favorite wagyu beef from Local Yocal and we end the day with a huge toast to continued success and work hard play hard , NO EXCUSES mentality.

Bodybuilding Takeover In Orlando - IRON WORLD TOUR

It's pedal to the metal here in Orlando with a few hours to go before the 2020 Mr. Olympia pre judging. Our athlete team including Guy Cisternino, Derek Lunsford, Shaun Clarida, Hunter Labrada and Irene Andersen are all zoning in to take the Olympia stage and give their best efforts to a perfect peak for this final showing in 2020.

The GASP and Better Bodies team hits up the Olympia expo to meet ambassadors, team mates and industry friends before linking up again at the world famous Kissimmee Muscle Gym.

After training and grilling up some steaks, the team settles in and watches Irene Andersen place 5th in the world with the return of the Ms. Olympia, Guy Cisternino successfully coming back to the Olympia stage with stellar size and conditioning, Derek Lunsford securing a top 5 placing again for the 3rd straight year and the Giant Killer Shaun Clarida winning the 212 Olympia! Huge congratulations to Shaun Clarida. This was a truly earned victory!

This Iron World Tour has been massively successful in spreading the community vibes, love of training and the NO EXCUSES mentality.

Mr. Olympia Expo and Training Meet Up - Iron World Tour

The one word to describe Shaun Clarida's 2020 Olympia victory.

Shaun has made a lifestyle of being hungry and asking himself why not. Why not bodybuilding. Why not an overall win. Why not a national win, a professional win. WHY NOT THE MR. OLYMPIA TITLE.

It's been a 16 year, relentless journey but the Giant Killer "beat everyone fair and square" and is not enjoying his first Mr. Olympia victory with his camp!

It has been non stop action this week in Orlando. The week has culminated into an epic and historic Olympia weekend in many ways.

Shaun Clarida truly showed up and earned his first ever 212 Mr. Olympia victory. Hunter Labrada made his Olympia debut with an awesome 8th place finish in what has to be the toughest line up in recent Olympia history. Jeremy Potvin returned to the Men's physique Olympia stage with a top tier finish as well.

Branch Warren, Guy Cisternino, Keone Pearson, Samir Troudi and the whole GASP and Better Bodies team made plans to meet up at several gyms and meet up with friends and ambassadors of bodybuilding and anything iron related.

It has been a super fun and productive week thus far and lots more to come!

Iron World Tour - We Are A Team

The Iron World Tour and 2020 Mr. Olympia in Orlando has come to an end but the journey continues.

Where passion meets purpose is the sweet spot for success. Branch Warren explains that he aspired to do more and be more and the affinity for bodybuilding and being process driven was the key.

This week in Orlando we brought some of the inner team, some of our key athletes, ambassadors and friends to take over Orlando by way of training meet ups, airboat tours and all the Olympia outings that come with the Olympia weekend.

The trip was a great success and a catalyst for bigger and broader plans to come.
