Hunter Labrada is competing in his 3rd Mr. Olympia and going for the top spot this year. He qualified for 2022 after placing 4th giving him over a year to build what he needed to be a legitimate contender this year.

Here we catch up with Hunter at Elev8tion Fitness 2 days out with Ben Chow and get insight to how he is looking and feeling before the big dance.

Divine here is 10 days out from the Arnold Classic where he will get the opportunity to stand next to some of the competitors he has been wanting to get compared to and is anxiously awaiting this moment.

At the same time that the energy and excitement is high, Divine is calm and collected while executing the necessary to bring his best in terms of physique, presentation and confidence showing that, "he belongs there."

With this being the biggest competition outside of the Olympia, it is a great opportunity to disrupt and fight for comparisons with the best in the world.

Best of luck to Divine as he travels to Columbus today where we will link up with him, Brett and Darwin along with the rest of the crew on Thursday.

Arnold Classic - 10 Days Out | Divine Master

You all might have heard "the dog with the loudest bark is the most afraid," or “an empty vessel makes the loudest sound." With this logic, your mind immediately jumps to the conclusion that "the quiet" ones have it together mentally, can control their emotions, have a plan and are coming to get what they want.

We first linked up with Jonathan after he won the overall at the NPC Ronnie Coleman Classic. He had a great overall physique but his legs were obviously in a class of their own that spark thoughts of the likes of Tom Platz, Paul Demayo Kai Greene and Branch Warren. Jonathan has since turned pro by winning the overall at the NPC Nationals and with quiet perseverance he intends to make his pro debut this year.

Here we catch up with Jonathan and training partner Lev Goldberg at Armbrust Pro Gym during a push/chest session.

Brett Wilkin committed 3 years to growing into his "Open" category form. Now Brett is committed to turning into a top 5 bodybuilder in the world. He understands that nothing is possible without putting in the time and effort.

Here we catch up with Brett after his Arnold Classic debut and right before going full force into his offseason. He is joined by Joe Tolbert for a quad focused leg day.

"Its not all about just moving the weight anymore. I want it to be heavy but I want to hit what I am targeting."

"We both need shoulders so here we will prioritize the session starting with laterals."

Olivia and Thomas both state they need more shoulder development and they lead off with delts when their energy is the highest.

They are obviously very different in stature and strength so they adjust on different machines, explain the setup, and how to execute the movement for what they need to get out of the session.

Hunter Labrada back again, now with Liv Roth and Ben Chow at American Barbell during the Arnold Classic week.

As with the last training session for biceps and triceps, Hunter explains his movements here, how to execute them and alternate movements if some machines may not be available at your gym.

For this crew's push day they include, chest and shoulders and explain the switch up from dumbbells in the past to cable presses along with the higher rep ranges for the lateral movements for shoulders.

"When I train, I dont think about a category. I love training so if I get more developed we will just see if I need to move up a category."

Taylor Meholick has trained and eaten to fuel growth for the past 6 years after she found her passion to train and compete at 18 years old. Here she is training back at destination Dallas and gives some great cues with the exercises she chooses.

"My shoulders have always grown easily. My back was always the thing I needed to improve most."

Taylor explains how she warms up to connect to her lats and then follows up with a slew of different rows and more pulldowns.

"When I am asked if I ever have a bad workout, I respond that I will physically stay in the gym until I have a good workout."

Brett Wilkin explains the singular focus of training and how he owns his own workouts and his progression without relying on a trainer.

Brett is 5 weeks out from shaking things up at the Arnold Classic and is training hamstrings here at Armbrust Pro Gym in Denver, Colorado.

Martin Fitzwater& Keone Pearson return to Metroflex Gym Arlington to train legs with Brian Dobson.

"Training in the same gym as them (i.e. Branch Warren & Ronnie Coleman), kinda means everything to me. Training where my heroes trained, it's nostalgia, but not only that though, we are training with Brian. Brian is the most notorious trainer. He trained Ronnie (Coleman) forever, he trained Branch and he's the person that killed those guys for years and years everyday and turned them into champions...We're working on becoming champions and doing so we're having Brian whip our ass a couple days a week." -Martin
