Calum Raistrick is visiting from the UK and links up with Luke Miller here at Destination.

Both Calum and Luke have built wildly successful coaching businesses that were created by following their passion to improve themselves and the standard offered when it comes to reaching an individual's body composition goals in the fitness industry.

At the same time that they continue to improve and streamline what they offer, they themselves are mastering their own goals and processes to reach those goals.

This is a very raw video with 4 movements and weights that are currently in the routine now. Johnnie will add more volume moving forward revving up for some big plans.

The Arnold Classic was an awesome experience for Brett, Ivana and the entire GASP and Better Bodies family. The energy, the people and the community as a whole felt like a revived rendition of itself with genuinely ecstatic energy to get back together.

Hunter Labrada back again, now with Liv Roth and Ben Chow at American Barbell during the Arnold Classic week.

As with the last training session for biceps and triceps, Hunter explains his movements here, how to execute them and alternate movements if some machines may not be available at your gym.

For this crew's push day they include, chest and shoulders and explain the switch up from dumbbells in the past to cable presses along with the higher rep ranges for the lateral movements for shoulders.

Samantha Jerring is conditioned with hijacking her thoughts and emotions to get exactly what she wants every day. She has continued this habit before leaving Sweden, after turning pro and continually these days to keep going strong on her goals and aspirations.

"Does it get easier to stay on your shit? Yes and no. It takes persistence. Constant persistence."

Samantha proves that you can dig yourself out of ruts and create and maintain good patterns and habits. First, however, you might have to break old destructive cycles and thought patterns that produce negativity.

We follow her to Metroflex Fort Worth for her leg training session. See what you can take away from what she says about the actually hijacking your own emotions and not living in a perpetual destructive cycle.

Hijack Your Brain - Samantha Jerring

The more successful you get, the more criticism you will get. If you want to avoid criticism, DO NOTHING and BE NOTHING.

Divine understands at this level he has to fight, claw and scratch his way to the top while navigating the international "feedback" that competing at this level generates.

"You have no idea the fuel that I get from everyone (who doubts me). I think about that and work harder."

Constant progress has to be made in between competitions, juggling diet and prioritizing areas where he feels need more size. We follow Divine and the crew to Fort Worth where he trains shoulders with Kevin Ofurum. Here, Kevin and Divine explain the allure of the Arnold Classic and how much weight it carries due to the caliber of the line up and being able to potentially leap from in front of Olympia competitors that are competing here.

"In the Olympia, it is very easy to get over looked. Here it is tough to get over looked with only 9 competitors."

We link back up with Divine a week later to check Divine's condition during a back + shoulder workout back at destination.

Divine Master - Fuel to the Fire | Arnold Classic Prep

Sometimes the cards are stacked against you and as Murphys law goes, anything that can go wrong... does in fact go wrong.

This can be true for anyone in any situation. For Darwin, this prep has been the most physically and mentally demanding due to everything outside of the gym.

HOWEVER, having said that, Darwin recognizes the power in finishing what he's started.

"Quitting is not an option. Quitting is never an option. No matter how hard it is you have to just keep going. If you quit, you will feel that regret."

We catch up with Darwin for a chest and back training session with new IFBB pro Abdim, who turned pro last year at the North American championships. Darwin typically trains to full range of motion failure and here since he is about 12 and 11 days out respectively, he trains to failure followed with drop sets on nearly all of his lifts for chest and back.

We will catch up with Darwin, divine and Brett starting tuesday next week in Columbus, Ohio. If you all can make it, we will see you there at the competition and expo.

We go back to 2015 and then flash forward to 2022 and see the intensity that Johnnie Jackson brings to his training hasn't changed.

Johnnie executes the same lifts from 7 years ago with the same weights with some added cues and his thought process with certain movements.

"If you bring the focus and intensity and if you know what the hell you're doing, you will last as long as you want to."

This Arnold Classic will have ALL of the top classic physique competitors minus Chris Bumstead. Divine knows this and is stoked to get the comparison he is working for. In this sport, size is king (while still at or under the weight cap for each competitor) so Divine, being a taller and naturally bigger structure has an advantage out of the gate.

"The Arnold Classic can make or break a competitor. If you have a great showing in Columbus and make improvements going into the Olympia, you're almost guaranteed a top comparison."

Divine admits that the dieting process takes away the fullness from his leg development but the slow repetitions with key leg movements and progressing on these lifts are what Divine is focusing on to bring the fullness and size he needs. We go through Divines leg workout here being about 4.5 weeks out from with some training cues and expectations going into this years Arnold Classic.

In a sit down interview with the 2012 Miss Olympia, Nathalia Melo, discusses her journey from the stage to motherhood and family life.

"I wanted a goal. I actually didn't really like the look of competitors -- the physical look of competitors. I liked the drive. I liked the discipline. I liked seeing something come to fruition and I enjoyed having fun with what I was doing, and I always told myself the moment that I stopped enjoying it and the moment that I stopped seeing growth and no longer had anything else to achieve, I was going to step away."

The Fit Life with Nathalia Melo  - Training + Motherhood

"When I train, I dont think about a category. I love training so if I get more developed we will just see if I need to move up a category."

Taylor Meholick has trained and eaten to fuel growth for the past 6 years after she found her passion to train and compete at 18 years old. Here she is training back at destination Dallas and gives some great cues with the exercises she chooses.

"My shoulders have always grown easily. My back was always the thing I needed to improve most."

Taylor explains how she warms up to connect to her lats and then follows up with a slew of different rows and more pulldowns.

"When I am asked if I ever have a bad workout, I respond that I will physically stay in the gym until I have a good workout."

"We're going to use this van to travel around the U.S. and train at badass gyms and meet really cool people.
