Vlad Petric won the Coat of Arms International bodybuilding championships in the Dominican Republic in 2018 earning him professional status in the IFBB. Now he is preparing for his pro debut in the 212 division in Romania in November.

This is what he has to say on his chosen sport: 

Bodybuilding is a game of variables. Some things like genetics, who shows up at a competition, the judging are things you can’t control. That leaves you with things like intensity and work ethic, things you can control which play a major role in your progress and success. Going into my pro debut I wanted to make it a memorable one and what better choice than to compete in my home country. It makes it that much more meaningful to know my family can be there to see me compete in person after all these years that they’ve only seen through pictures and video. If that’s not motivating enough to pick up the intensity and work as hard as I possibly can, I don’t know what would be!

Bryan Troianello is no stranger to the slow game of bodybuilding. That game being in large part one of consistency and patience. You know while you're going through it, you know there's so much pressure. First of all you're concentrating on catching your breath. I could never catch my breath before its my turn to do another set. So you get done, settle down and you try to catch your breath.

Each set you accomplish you're going up in weight. So each set you accomplish is just another notch in your belt. Your head is screaming, your body is yelling. You've just got to love working out and you've just got to want it for yourself.

After the 2019 212 Olympia Shaun Clarida successfully closed the gap even further between him and the 212 Olympia title. Derek Lunsford maintained the runner up and most bitter sweet spot in bodybuilding in second place behind winner Kamal. Both are hungrier and more motivated than ever to do WHATEVER NECESSARY to seal the deal on nothing short of a win next year.

Here they are both in Texas for the opening of DESTINATION phase 2. As many of you all know DESTINATION is the North American home base for GASP and true home for every part of the iron sport including bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman.

Shaun Clarida and Derek Lunsford – Operation 2020

Like most things the devil is in the details when it comes to individual bio-mechanics, strength, and current conditioning. Having said that, the details aren't shit without HARD WORK and consistency being first and foremost.
