Jonathan Irizarry has trained some notable bodybuilders who have turned pro, has had standout national placings and has built substantial businesses along with social media platforms on youtube and IG. Johnnie has some of the best arms in the business because he does working set after working set of tried and true exercises. Johnnie never reinvented the wheel of arm training nor did he try to ultra immobilize joints to ensure 100% biceps activation. Again, don't over think it. What does it take to build your strength and mass? Everything!

Everything in a sense that the best in the world have probably trial and errored plenty of times then found what works best and structured and programmed themselves and their training to achieve their particular level of strength and development.

At this point in Hunter's, Joe's and Jon's competitive careers they know 1. how they like to train and 2. how to get their muscle to continually respond and grow. Branch Warren is "fat and happy" but Johnnie Jackson is down to the wire to the level of body fat and caloric deficit to where it gets hard to even put thoughts, sentences and needless to say hardcore training together.

This is where the people find out if they really want it. This is where true pro's in any industry dig in, grind it out and make it fucking happen.

Johnnie is less than 2 weeks out from the Arnold and this is the full workout they did.

2 chains (40lbs) x 12-15 reps (drop set x 10 reps each chain)

Admittedly Johnnie is tired and back day is typical of the last 15 years (high volume and high weight)... just another day to suck it up.

If you want it bad but someone else wants it more than you and does what you think is too much/crazy/unnecessary... Remember - "Too much" is just enough!

Johnnie Jackson and Branch Warren have always trained without limits. Critics and those who have tried and failed and subsequently given up have and always will spawn comments like, "that's impossible, that's crazy, that is unnecessary, that is too much," when describing the efforts of those going forward and DOING THE DAMN THING. One thing in common with successful people and any mother fucker willing to say "It's possible, I can do it, I am getting mine," is that their mentality IS WITHOUT LIMITS.
